B-29 DOC ride weekend added in Wichita: August 15 & 16
B-29 DOC will host a Wichita Ride Weekend, Saturday and Sunday, August 15 and 16, at the B-29 DOC Hangar, Education and Visitors Center.
Tickets are available online now, and seat prices vary by seat location. The B-29 DOC Hangar, Education and Visitors Center will be open Saturday, August 15, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., but DOC will not be available for public ground and cockpit tours. Instead, museum and hangar visitors can watch engine starts, observe aircraft operations from inside the hangar, and tour the museum displays until 1 p.m. General admission for Saturday, August 15 will be $10 per person or $20 per family.
The B-29 DOC Flight Experience rides scheduled for August 15 & 16 were rescheduled from August 7, 8 & 9. Limited seats remain available. Passengers who were previously ticketed for August 7-9 have been rebooked to August 15 and 16 and have been contacted via email.
