B-29 Doc adds Flight Experience rides for May 18 & 19 in Wichita

What’s it like?

Each B-29 Doc Flight Experience will last approximately 90 minutes and include a 30-minute ride. Prior to takeoff, passengers will experience a crew briefing and learn more about the history of the B-29 and role it played in U.S. history. Passengers will also get to hear and see the sights and sounds of engine starts and run-ups prior to takeoff.

Meanwhile, if you haven’t visited the the B-29 Doc Hangar, Education and Visitors Center, you’re missing out! Located in Wichita, Kan., at Eisenhower National Airport, the 42,000 sq. ft. facility is an interactive experience for all ages and provides a unique and one-of-a-kind look into aviation history.

Hours of Operation

Tuesday and Thursday: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Saturday: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (when Doc is not on tour)

Admission

Single: $10 per person, + $5 for cockpit access

Family: $20 per family (up to five people per family) + $10 for cockpit access
