The Doc B-29 restoration crew finalized testing and running on Doc’s #2 engine as the team continues to work toward FAA certification and first flight.
Doc B-29 Restoration Project Manager T.J. Norman said the crew will complete testing on the remaining three engines and could be ready for an FAA certification visit by the end of October, if not sooner.
