Delayed Arrival: Texarkana. We are committed to the safe execution of our flight operations with B-29 Doc and that means not taking risks when it comes to weather and visibility. Due to the persistent low cloud ceiling and poor visibility in Fayetteville and along our intended flight path between Fayetteville and Texarkana, we have decided to delay our arrival in Texarkana until Wednesday, May 17. The weather is forecast to improve tomorrow morning into the afternoon, which will allow us to arrive in Texarkana on Wednesday. Depending upon our arrival time, B-29 Doc will be available for ground and cockpit tours Wednesday (time permitting), Thursday and Friday (May 18 and 19), followed by B-29 Doc Flight Experiences as scheduled Saturday and Sunday, with ground and cockpit tours Saturday and Sunday as previously scheduled.
