History Restored Tour: Evansville, IN

Due to low clouds and thunderstorms in the forecast for the area along the flight route between Wichita, KS and Evansville, IN, B-29 DOC will be delayed by 24 hours for the History Restored Tour stop at Evansville Wartime Museum.
DOC will arrive at the museum in Evansville on Friday, May 9 at approximately 3:30 p.m. Ground and cockpit tours will not be available on Friday, May 9.

Saturday, May 10
8 a.m. to 12 p.m.: B-29 DOC Flight Experience Operations (ramp access to flight ticketed passengers only)
12:30 to 5 p.m.: Ground and cockpit tours (tickets available at the event gate; last tour ticket sold at 4:30 p.m.)
Sunday, May 11
8 a.m. to 12 p.m.: B-29 DOC Flight Experience Operations (ramp access to flight ticketed passengers only)
12:30 to 5 p.m.: Ground and cockpit tours (tickets available at the event gate; last tour ticket sold at 4:30 p.m.)
Event attendees must purchase a museum admission ticket, plus an additional $5 per person for access to B-29 DOC during the event.
The B-29 DOC History Restored Tour will make a stop at the Evansville Wartime Museum in Evansville, IN, May 8-12, 2025.
The iconic B-29 DOC, one of only two remaining airworthy B-29 Superfortresses worldwide, was one of 1,644 B-29 bombers built by the Boeing Company in Wichita, KS, during World War II. While in Evansville, this historic aircraft will be available for ground and cockpit tours and B-29 Doc Flight Experience rides.
