B-29 Doc Flight Experience: Abilene, TX
April 16 - April 21
B-29 DOC will be available for B-29 DOC Flight Experience aircraft rides before and after the Wings Over West Texas Air Show at Dyess Air Force Base in Abilene, TX.
DOC will arrive at Abilene Regional Airport on Wednesday, April 16, and will host ride flights on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, April 16 and 17, prior to the air show at Dyess. Then, on Monday, April 21, B-29 DOC will return to Abilene Regional Airport for additional ride flights before departing for its next tour stop in Arizona.
Only ticketed passengers will be allowed access to the airplane while it is at Abilene Regional Airport. Ground and cockpit tours will be available at the air show at Dyess Air Force Base on April 18-20, when DOC is not performing.
